We hope that OLPH Parish becomes your spiritual home for years to come. We encourage all to be active participants in our celebrations as we worship and praise our God. Expect the best from this faith community: expect to connect personally with other believers, expect to have your spiritual, sacramental and social needs met. Most importantly, expect to grow in your relationship with God.

Of course, we need your help in meeting these expectations. Be open to the Holy Spirit. Be a good steward of your gifts of time, talent and treasure. Get involved. We’re sure you will find many groups and organizations in which to participate.

Start the process of becoming a member of OLPH parish by completing registration forms and mailing them to our office.

Shortly after you have completed and returned your registration forms, Deacon Mark, Sister Sharon Erickson or Fr. John Zeitler will arrange to:

• meet with you and discuss any sacramental services you desire or other needs you may have, 
  
   
• bless your home,

• have parish members, who ordinarily visit families, visit you for a personal greeting and explain opportunities available for your participation at OLPH.

• Finally, you will be invited to rejoice with our entire parish at a “Welcoming Mass” celebrated on a subsequent Sunday.
  

As you know our parish has bills to pay: children to educate, programs to support our parishioners’ spiritual and temporal welfare, and buildings to maintain. Therefore, we would ask for your commitment to our parish through your offering of time, talent and treasure as your schedule allows. To assist you in the gift of your “treasure”,  envelopes will be sent to you after the registration process has been completed. It is expected that you will contribute financially to your new parish commensurate with your means. More importantly, however, should you need any future references, your regular use of envelopes would indicate your active participation in our community worship services. Because we are united through the love of the Holy Spirit, I know you will understand these concerns.

We pride ourselves in recognizing the familiar faces and names of our parishioners. As you can appreciate, it’s a high expectation, given the size of our growing parish. So, be patient with us and do take time to stop and say hello to us when you attend Mass.
